Continent Worldwide Hotels ("CWH") cares about privacy issues and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, disclose and otherwise use ("Process") information about you. This Privacy Notice describes our practices in connection with the information we collect through our websites, social media pages, mobile applications and offline activities (collectively, "Services"). This Privacy Notice does not apply for hotels operated by franchisees (independently owned and operated hotels). Please read each hotel's privacy notice to understand how it treats your Personal Information.
What information we collect
We may collect Personal Information about you such as: name; postal address (billing and shipping); phone number; email address; credit or debit card number; financial information; social media account information; stay/trip preferences; special needs; driver's licence, government ID or passport; geolocation; communication and demographic preferences; IP address; account/membership ID. We collect information when you interact with us — registering, contacting us, making a reservation, staying at one of our properties, submitting a review or comment, participating in a promotion or loyalty program, or connecting via social media.
Cookies & similar technologies
Our Services use "cookies" (small text files) to remember your preferences and simplify use of the Website. Cookies may be persistent (retained until an expiry date) or temporary (deleted when you close your browser). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this Website and facilitate interest-based advertising associated with your Google Account. The information generated by the Google Analytics cookie is transmitted to and stored by Google.
Other data sources

However, no security system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee the security of all information you provide via the Services.

If you provide information about someone else, please ensure you have their permission. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites or social media platforms linked from our Services. From time to time we may revise this Privacy Notice; updated versions will be posted with a new date stamp. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from individuals under 18. As an international company we may transfer your information to Affiliates or selected third parties outside your country of residence, where data protection standards may differ.

You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. You may withdraw any consent, access your Personal Information, request corrections, request deletion, object to Processing or request data portability — subject to applicable law.
